Knitting – or Tracking Knitting?

I don’t have that much time to knit but somehow (even though I’m not working on that many projects or making that much progress), I still find myself behind in keeping my Ravelry notebook up to date. How is that possible?
I think it’s because I had don’t have that much time to knit and when I do have time I’m knitting. Also, I find that Ravelry, what while incredibly fun, can take up a lot of time. A LOT. I think that matching patterns with yarn in your stash may be even more fun than knitting (gasp!) It’s so much fun that you don’t notice what a time-suck Ravelry can be (or, once you go down that rabbit-hole, you may never get out). It’s also really fun to enable other people -especially knitters  or crocheters who don’t know about Ravelry. Or people who want to learn how to knit – but that’s a whole separate post…
